Greater Trenton Pipes and Drums was formed in the early summer of 2003, by a small group of experienced pipers and drummers. The band debuted at the 2003 Anchor House Ride for Runaways Ceremony in Trenton, New Jersey.
Since then, GTPB has grown into a well established organization and plays at over 25 parades, charitable events and private functions each year. Our mission as a band is to provide musical performances to the public and superior instruction to our members. We hold ourselves to a standard of professional excellence.

Greater Trenton Pipes and Drums is a 501(c)3 non-profit pipe band located in friendly Bordentown City in central New Jersey. We are devoted to preserving the music and culture of the Great Highland Bagpipes.
Currently, GTPB rehearses virtually with Tim McCabe for chanter practice on Thursday evenings via Google Meets. We are also in the process of arranging in-person pipe rehearsals starting in April.
If you are already a piper or drummer or would like to play with a small group, Greater Trenton Pipes and Drums can offer you an exciting opportunity to play in a family-friendly, kid-friendly, successful band.
